One Lovely Blog Award

I was so surprised and excited to be nominated for One Lovely Blog Award by Nicole L. Bates a few days ago.  I met her at Writers Unboxed and also was lucky enough to ‘friend’ her on facebook. She is a great blogger herself, at Nicole L. Bates Official Page you can check her work out. I would love to be able to nominate her back, but she has already been here. 🙂

There are a few rules of acceptance that I am going to attempt to carry out.

  1. Thank the person that nominated you and link back to them in your post.
  2. Share seven things about yourself.
  3. Nominate 15 or so bloggers that you admire.
  4. Contact your chosen bloggers to let them know.

I have not been in the blogging world for long, but on my Internet travels I have come across a few marvellous blogs. I apologize that I was unable to create links, I did my best, but I am not that blog-savvy yet. 🙂 If I figure it out in the mean time, I will add them.

  1. Thanks so much! Guest bloggers are the spice of my life, and having guests is a great way to learn more about other bloggers, have a one-on-one conversation.

It is very interesting, Karen, how do you go about getting guest bloggers? Your guests always seem to somehow mold their stories around what you have been building in your blog – it is really great to read. 🙂

Nicua, I think the thing I’ve enjoyed most about meeting you online is being able to slip into your world of make-believe through pictures. Thank you for the sights, for the colors, for the imaginings you open to readers and friends.
